Exams are taken remotely via CILT’s approved proctoring system. You’ll sit them at home on a laptop with live supervision to maintain exam integrity. Ahead of the exam you’ll receive clear instructions on ID checks, room setup, and system use.

Before your course begins, we will provide full joining instructions, technical guidance and system requirements to help ensure you are fully prepared for both the online training and Transport Manager CPC examinations.
If you do not pass one of the Transport Manager CPC examinations on your first attempt, you will only need to resit the individual paper you did not pass. You will not have to retake the entire Transport Manager CPC qualification.

Yes. The Transport Manager CPC qualification is a mandatory requirement for anyone being appointed as the nominated Transport Manager on a UK Operator Licence (O-Licence).
