Once we have their information, we will contact each driver directly to help them book their courses at times that best suit their work schedules.
For your convenience, we will invoice you directly on the 1st of each month. This invoice will only cover the drivers who have attended a module in the preceding 30 days, ensuring a straightforward and clean payment system. Alongside your invoice, we will also provide you with updates on each driver’s progress.

Business Flex Account
We’re excited to introduce our brand-new business flex account, designed to give you greater control and flexibility in managing your drivers’ training.
Understanding the fast-paced nature of the transport industry, we’ve developed this account to ensure you can efficiently manage your workforce’s training needs. You’ll have your own secure account, accessible with a unique username and password. This account will be credited with the training modules you need, allowing you to book your drivers onto our courses even up to 30 minutes before they begin. You can access your account using a mobile phone, tablet or PC/Laptop.

How it works
Create Account
You can easily set up your Business Flex account by clicking the button above.
Add Credits
Use the “Flex Account Top-up” button on this page to add credits. Remember, 1 credit equals any 7-hour module, including our split weekend and evening courses. You’ll receive one simple invoice instead of lots of separate emails to the accounts team.
Use Your Credits
Once you have credits, you can use them at any time to book your drivers for courses as needed. If you’re happy to share your details, other transport managers within your business can also use the same account for their drivers after credits are purchased.
Driver Instructions
Your drivers will receive joining instructions the day before their module, or on the same day if the module is scheduled for that day. If the driver can’t make it, just pop us a message and we will put the credit back into your account.
